Skoda Fabia petrol engines. The entry-level 1.0-litre MPI version produces 60hp and 95Nm of torque, good for 0-62mph in 16.4 seconds and a top speed of 98mph. It’s cheap to buy and run but quite slow in most situations. It’s unlikely to delight more enthusiastic drivers and we’d consider either the more powerful 95hp 1.0-litre TSI turbo

We've also had a leak on the plastic coolant regulator housing where it meets the engine head on our 1.2 12V. Just look for crusty pink stains anywhere as evidence of evaporated coolant. Is yours the 6-valve or 12-valve engine version (P of HTP is red on the back for the 12V, black for 6V)?

On Mk1 & Mk2 the VIN numbers are usually located in the same positions other than some early Mk 1's the data plate is on the slam panel.
The engine range is made up exclusively of frugal options, the entry-level engine being a 1.0-litre petrol producing 60PS. There's also a 75PS version of the same engine, while a 1.0-litre turbocharged unit is also available with 95PS or 110PS. Diesel buyers get a 1.4-litre producing 75PS, 90PS or 105PS.
Magyarman. I thought I'd post my experience of replacing the timing chain on my Fabia 1 with the 1.2 AZQ three cylinder engine. It's always been a very reliable car and a great starter in all weathers despite constant central locking problems and sporadic suspension rattles. Last week I got in the car and it wouldn't start, it just churned over
Hi all im new here! Just bought a 2010 skoda fabia 1.2 htp Basically just wondering on fuel economy I seem to only be able to get about 350 miles on a Full tank. Any help?
On every cold start engine is keeping revs on about 1100rpm even when outside temperature is very high, talking about 30 Celsius. I checked, with obd11 scanner, live data and it's showing me intake temp, engine output temp, oil temp and ambient temp all working properly (thought that maybe engine coolant temp sensor was faulty).
